Achieving the high quality standards required by the market is possible thanks to our well-established Quality Management System. We have been operating according to a certified Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.

Further in 2023 we have initiated a project to implement and obtain the certification of our Automotive Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949.

MONITORING & CONTROL:

We have established an effective product and process monitoring system to ensure customer requirements are met:

• Our engineering team develops robust control plans after evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the production process. 
• We verify our customer’s requirements with respect to drawings, standards, technical specifications, contractual clauses, expected requirements for applicable laws and regulations.
• Regular inspections are performed and monitored throughout the entire production cycle by our trained staff.
• Our customers’ high quality expectations are met and exceeded with the assistance of our state-of-the-art monitoring and measuring equipment.

QUALITY AND THE PERSONALIZATION OF THE ORDER:

• Mayank Brassfit has total control of the brass production chain, from the bar to the finished brass turned parts.
• For some time the company has made the decision to manage all the processing phases internally to guarantee two fundamental aspects for the customer: the quality and the personalization of the order.

METALLURGICAL LAB:

Our metallurgical laboratory was created to optimize our materials and machined parts by verifying material features throughout the production process.

The metallurgical laboratory is able to define compliance with specific requirements, to perform studies aimed at continuous improvement, and to support any customers’ requirements.

Various Instruments like spectrometers and Optical Inspection Systems, Digital Measuring Instruments for dimensional inspection regularly checked and calibrated, are just some of our the latest-generation equipment. Upon test completion, our lab produces a report confirming that quality requirements have been met.

We also work with external accredited labs to run any further tests or analysis required by customers. Further we also identify Customer Specific Requirements , take them into account for feasibility study and are always looking to implement solution that would meet or exceed customer specific requirements for their projects.
